New community dog park celebrates opening with adoptable pups from Rhodies Rescue
Sunday May 17 brings a new gathering place for Brentwood dog owners. The Meadows at Marsh Creek is opening its community dog park with an afternoon celebration that also gives local rescue dogs a chance to meet potential families.
The event runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Meadows at Marsh Creek by Shea Homes. Rhodie's Rescue, a local nonprofit animal shelter, will bring adoptable dogs to the property. Visitors can meet the rescue pups, learn about the adoption process, and spend time with dogs who are ready for their next chapter.
The new dog park gives residents a fenced space where their pets can run off-leash and socialize with other dogs. For a community that has grown quickly in recent years, having a dedicated spot for dogs to exercise and play fills a practical need for local pet owners.
Whether you are hoping to adopt or simply want to check out the new park, the opening event offers a chance to connect with other dog owners and learn more about what the space will offer.
