Student art contest winners celebrated in East Contra Costa County

On January 11, Tri Delta Transit honored Francesca Aujero, a 10th grader at Freedom High School, as the winner of their Student Cover Art Contest. Francesca's artwork will grace the cover of the agency's upcoming printed schedule, a testament to her exceptional talent.

Francesca's passion for sketching and drawing has earned her multiple accolades. She is a two-time winner of the Contra Costa County Library Bookmark Art Contest and her work was featured in the Contra Costa Water District's Water Awareness Youth Art Contest, where her piece was selected for the 2026 wall calendar.
