Outdoor Movie Nights Return to Prewett Family Park in Antioch
Free July movie nights bring family films, popcorn, kids crafts, and food trucks to Antioch
Outdoor Movie Night is back in Antioch this July at Prewett Family Park Hillside, next to the Antioch Water Park. Movies begin just after dusk, which the city says is usually between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m.
The city lineup includes Moana 2 on July 10, A Goofy Movie on July 17, The Parent Trap on July 24, and Holes on July 31. It is set up as an easy outdoor evening where families can bring blankets and lawn chairs and settle in on the hillside.
Free popcorn, refreshments, and kids crafts will be available while supplies last. The page also notes that Food Truck Thursday vendors from Foodie Crew SF are expected on site, giving families a simple dinner option before the movie starts.
