The fairgrounds schedule four days of attractions from May 14–17, including Opening Day, Rodeo Night, Motorcycle Races, and the final Sunday close.
The Contra Costa County Fair is back in Antioch this spring with four days of rides, food, entertainment, and headline attractions at the fairgrounds. According to the official 2026 fair page, the event runs May 14 through May 17 at 1201 W. 10th St., Antioch.
This year’s theme is “WILD About The 2026 Fair,” and the schedule breaks out by day: Opening Day on Thursday, Rodeo Night on Friday, Motorcycle Races on Saturday, and a final Sunday close. The fair page also promotes rides, food, entertainment, wild animals, dinosaurs, and the return of the rodeo with Bulls & Broncs.
For East County families, that makes the fair one of the bigger multi-day community attractions still ahead on the local calendar. Instead of a quick single-evening stop, it offers a full fairgrounds format with enough variety for repeat visits across the weekend.
Hours currently listed are 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. Event details can change, so the official fair page is the best place to confirm plans before heading out. |
