Brentwood Lions Club Hosts Comedy Night to Support Mental Health Initiatives

The Brentwood Lions Club is thrilled to announce its upcoming "Lighten Up" Comedy Night, set for October 9th at DeLuna Ranch.

 

This special event aligns with the Lions Clubs International Mental Health Week, aiming to raise awareness and support for mental well-being.

 

Attendees can look forward to a delectable dinner provided by Holy Smoker BBQ, followed by performances from renowned comedians Bob O Phillips and Michael Mancini, famously known as the world's funniest cop.

 

Doors will open at 5:30 pm, with the show commencing at 7:00 pm.

 

The venue is located at 7450 Balfour Rd, Brentwood, CA.

 

Proceeds from the evening will benefit local high school wellness centers by supplying essential mental health resources such as sketchbooks, journals, and coloring tools.

 

Additionally, funds will contribute to the newly established Rene' DeLuna Scholarship, honoring students who have overcome challenges, persevered, and given back to their community.
